Please read the following rules and policies to make sure that your visit to Beckett Theatre at Theatre Row is memorable and enjoyable.

Accessible Seating Policy

Theatre Row is committed to providing equal access to entertainment opportunities to all of their patrons. Patrons can expect the following accessibility options to make their visit as smooth as possible.

  • Beckett Theatre and the other Theatre Row venues are all accessible. 
  • All bathrooms are accessible. 
  • You can find accessible elevators that will take you to all floors of the building
  • The Bar and Lounge is completely accessible
  • Assisted listening devices are available. Ask the Box Office when you arrive to receive your device.

Applause Policy

Audiences tend to wait until all movements or sections of a piece are complete before clapping.

Late Arrival Policy

Beckett Theatre events and shows have prompt start times indicated on your tickets and programs. Late arrivals may be asked to wait in the lobby or denied entry per management decision. If you are asked to wait, you will only be allowed entry at appropriate break periods during the event. To avoid frustration, Beckett Theatre recommends that you arrive no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled event, so you have time to find your seat.

Lost and Found Policy

Have you lost something during your visit to the Beckett Theatre? Your best option is to call customer service at 212-239-6200. Please be prepared to leave a detailed message with your name, full contact information, detailed description of the lost item, and the date and time of the performance you attended. Theatre staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

Photography and Video Policy

Photography, video, and audio recording, radios, or any other playback device are prohibited in Beckett Theatre. 

Prohibited Items

Beckett Theatre prohibits the following items.

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Photography, Video, Sound recording equipment
  • Drugs or any illegal substances

While cellphones, watches, and watch alarms are not prohibited, patrons are asked to make sure these devices are off during the performance. Any disruption caused by these devices may result in patrons being asked to leave the theatre.

Event staff reserves the right to inspect your bags or ask you to check your bags before your scheduled performance.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Theatre Row tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

Smoking Policy

Beckett Theatre does not allow smoking anywhere on the premises. This includes cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and other similar devices or paraphernalia. Please contact customer service at 212-239-6200 to ask if designated outdoor smoking areas are recommended.
